Panels and filters are removed, the coil and drain pan are jet-washed with a cover bag, the drain pump is tested, the outdoor unit is washed and pressures and amps are logged.
Two technicians with ladder and jet machine attend; plan 2–3 hours per unit. VRF/central system checks are quoted after a survey. Gas and parts are extra.
