The unit is pulled out, filter, cooling coil, condenser and fan are jet-washed, the drain tray is cleared, and gas pressure, current and fan motor are checked before refitting.
Takes about 1.5 hours per AC. Gas refill, capacitor or motor replacement are extra and only done after you approve the price.
