Cracks and joints on the outer wall are opened and filled with polymer sealant, and a waterproof elastomeric coat is applied on the affected area. Materials are included; high walls may need rope access at extra cost.
Best done in the dry season. After the outside is sealed, the inside damp patch can be repaired and painted once dry.
