Indoor unit opened down to the coil and blower for a chemical deep wash, plus outdoor unit wash.
Front panel, drain tray and blower wheel are removed, the coil gets a foaming coil cleaner and jet wash, the blower is scrubbed, the outdoor condenser is washed and gas pressure and amps are checked.
For ACs that smell, drip or cool weakly even after a normal wash. Takes 2–2.5 hours per AC; booking three or more ACs gets the multi-AC rate. Gas and parts are extra.
