Old mosaic, terrazzo or marble floors ground and machine-polished to bring back the shine.
The floor is ground with a polishing machine in stages, small chips are filled, and a final polish or crystal coat is applied. Granite stairs and very damaged floors are quoted separately.
Furniture should be moved out. The team brings machine and water pipe; about 300–500 sqft is done per day, and the floor can be walked on the next day.
