A lift technician visits every month to clean the machine room and pit, oil rails and doors, check brakes, ropes, controller and emergency alarm, and fill a service log. Spare parts and major repairs are extra; breakdown calls get priority.
The contract runs month to month. Tell us the number of lifts, stops and brand; the building committee gets a signed report after each visit.
