The technician finds the fault in the door operator, sensors, controller, inverter or ropes and repairs it or replaces the faulty part. Parts are quoted before fitting. For people trapped inside, call the fire service (999) first.
The visit fee covers inspection and small fixes. Larger repairs are done after your building committee approves the quote.
