Gas smell? Leaks found and fixed; stove point moved or a new pipe line laid inside the flat.
The gas fitter checks every joint and valve with soap solution or a detector, reseals or replaces leaking fittings, shifts the stove point or lays new GI/copper pipe with clamps inside your premises and pressure-tests the line.
Work is limited to pipes after your meter or riser valve. New connections, meter work and anything on the utility (Titas) side need their approval and are not included. Pipe and fittings are extra.
