Ceramic, porcelain or homogeneous tiles laid on floors and stairs with proper slope and level.
Old tiles are removed if needed, the base is levelled, tiles are laid in cement or adhesive with spacers, cut neatly at edges and grouted; skirting is included. Tiles, cement, adhesive and grout are extra.
A tiles mistri measures and helps calculate how many boxes to buy with 5–10% extra for cutting. A room floor usually takes 1–2 days; avoid walking on it for 24 hours.
