A licensed deed writer (dolil lekhok) prepares the draft from your papers — sale (saf kabala), heba, flat or rent agreement — checks names, schedule and boundaries, and helps calculate stamp duty and registration fees. On registration day the assistant helps with the sub-registry queue and papers.
The fee is for writing and assistance only. Stamp duty, registration fees and taxes are paid to the government at actual cost. Title checks and legal opinions are given only by an advocate, if you book one.
