Conduit, boxes and wire laid inside walls and slab for new flats, charged per point.
Conduit and boxes are laid during or after brickwork, wires are pulled, the DB box and switchboards are fitted and the whole flat is tested. Price is labour only; wire, pipe, boxes and switches are listed and bought separately.
An electrician visits with the floor plan to count points and give a material estimate. Work is done in stages with your mason, usually 7–15 days per flat.
