Floor-mounted or wall-hung commode fitted with flush tank, connector and sealing.
The old commode is removed, the outlet is cleaned, the new commode is set on a wax or rubber seal, fixed with bolts, the cistern and water line are connected and flushing is tested.
Price assumes existing outlet and water point. Wall-hung commodes need a concealed frame, charged separately. Seat cover change is included on request.
