Mandatory cylinder retest, reducer servicing and gas kit tuning for smooth running.
The retest includes cylinder removal, hydro-testing at an approved centre, new valve seal and refitting with a fresh test certificate. Kit tuning covers filter change, reducer cleaning, injector check and ECU mapping.
Retests take 1–2 days, tuning about 2 hours. Cylinders that fail the test must be replaced at extra cost; reducer and injector parts are also extra.
