A few cracked floor or wall tiles replaced, loose skirting fixed and joints re-grouted.
Broken tiles are cut out without damaging nearby ones, new tiles are set with adhesive, joints are grouted and loose skirting is re-fixed. Tiles, adhesive and grout are extra; matching old tiles is your responsibility.
Keep spare tiles if you have them. Small jobs are done in 2–4 hours; the area should stay dry for 24 hours.
